TransTraks’ Dispatch Dashboard provides your dispatchers with a comprehensive view of the day’s activities. Today’s field trips, vehicles offline, absent employees and important reminders are a button click away. Dispatchers and managers can also send individual employees or even groups of employees messages that will appear on the TransTraks Time Clock screen when they clock in or out. Radio calls from drivers about students that necessitate a call to the home are easy with one click access to student data.

The Timekeeping Module allows you to capture the daily activities of your employees in an easy yet comprehensive way. The electronic timecard allows you to capture regular education vs. special education times, mileage and pupil counts. In addition, employee absences are also captured, providing you with comprehensive absence reports. Payroll sheets can also be generated for employees. TransTraks even has a bio-metric fingerprint time clock option!

The Routing Module provides you with the tools you need to create efficient, cost effective and safe runs and routes. Integrated with Microsoft’s Office suite and MapPoint, you can create customized route sheets with times and directions for your drivers and do it in a fraction of the time compared to manual processes. Unlike some other systems, TransTraks allows you to interact with the routing program, making customized changes on the fly.

The School/Trip Module is where you enter and process all your activity, field and athletic trips. It has an easy to use form that allows you to process a trip request it as little as 45 seconds. In addition, you can electronically do trip confirmations and invoices to your schools and customers. Finally, you can set up TransTraks to allow for school site data entry of proposed trips via either your network or through the Internet.

The Training Module in TransTraks covers all your training needs, capturing all classroom, behind-the-wheel and inservice training events. In addition, vehicle proficiency information for each driver and each bus are easily maintained by the system. You also get numerous reports showing you when drivers’ various licenses and certificates are due to expire. The training reports are also very comprehensive.

The Employee Module supports your employee database. In turn, the data contained in the Employee Information table supports other functions within TransTraks, such as field and athletic trips (assignment of drivers to take the trip), and employee training records. You can even have a record show an employee picture. This is also where you will enter your driver instructor information and your employee route assignments.

The Student Module contains all the information about your bus riders. It includes student routing information, and supports both regular home-to-school fixed route as well as special needs door-to-door routing information for your students. You can also use this module to produce your student bus passes. In those states with parent pay transportation programs, TransTraks has a very robust and easy to use parent pay system.

The Vehicle Module covers all the major aspects of your vehicle maintenance program. It includes a comprehensive vehicle information form, a real time dispatcher’s vehicle availability screen report for up to the second assigning of vehicles, and an easy to use work order system that has received rave reviews from mechanics and supervisors alike. It even allows you to order your parts on-line by linking to your parts vendors’ web sites.
