Student Module
The Student Module is the central location for entering all the information about the students who ride your buses. The forms on this module and the information you put in them are critical for such functions as preparing student bus passes, student routing assignments, developing routes and runs, etc. The module includes numerous comprehensive reports. TransTraks comes with a Student Import Utility. Once set up, one click will update your TransTraks student information from your agency’s student database.

The Student Module of TransTraks provides you with an easy to use form that captures all your important student data. It can then support your student routing, student bus passes, etc.
You can click a button and the student’s home address can be mapped, showing the closest bus stop using TransTraks created maps defined by the user.
TransTraks also comes with a powerful Parent Pay System (for those states that allow parent paid school transportation). You get passes, invoicing, reconciliation, etc., as part of the system.
TransTraks provides you with the ability to take your curb-to-curb student addresses and automatically create stops in the Routing Module. Thousands of stops can be created with one click of a button.
